PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG), RASIO BEBAN KLAIM, DAN RASIO PERTUMBUHAN PREMI TERHADAP TINGKAT SOLVABILITAS TAKAFUL MALAYSIA

This research aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Claim Expense Ratio, and Premium Growth Ratio on Solvency Level Malaysian Takaful. study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data. The population this is all takaful companies in Malaysia with 2016- 2021 period. sampling technique used was purposive method. Samples that met criteria were 11 family out Malaysia. model as an analysis tool multiple linear regression. Data processing SPSS 25 tool. results indicate simultaneously variables Executive Director, Non-Executive have positive significant effect Takaful Solvability (RBC) Families In contrast, partial Director has negative effect, Claims expense ratio premium growth no risk-based capital because size claim does not affect number premiums received by insurance participants, which are included tabarru' fund can only be for benefit participants so they do amount profit retained earnings equity.
